Job summary

American Fidelity Educational Services (AFES) seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain K-12 school accounts by selling worksite insurance products. You will engage educators and administrators, discuss needs-based benefits, and enroll employees in AFES offerings.

This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company car, travel expense coverage, and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales, management, or leadership experience or a recent college graduate.
• Candidates with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years preferred.
• 60 hours of college education or an associate degree preferred.
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 school accounts through one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet their financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teaching association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
