The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, meeting growth targets, and collaborating with school districts and teaching associations across the state.

Qualifications

• Two years sales, management, or leadership experience.
• Recent college graduate acceptable with leadership experience.
• Candidates with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
• 60 hours of college education or an associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing K-12 school accounts through one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teaching association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual enrollments and group presentations.
