Job summary

Klingberg Comprehensive Program Services Inc is seeking a full-time Project Manager of Outreach & Community Engagement to manage the Byrne Memorial Fund grant, coordinate outreach, protect data, and report on progress. The role involves collaboration with staff, researchers, and community partners to achieve project objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in grant-funded project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public health or related field.
Three or more years of experience managing complex projects, grant-funded initiatives, or outreach.
Experience coordinating partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or coalitions.
Experience supporting grant administration, reporting, and compliance.
Experience coordinating surveys, community assessments, evaluation activities, or research.
Experience coordinating trainings, meetings, webinars, or conferences.
Familiarity with child welfare/public health prevention initiatives is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications; reporting and grant documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the Byrne Memorial Fund grant, ensuring activities and reporting are on schedule.
Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, and grant documentation.
Coordinate grant meetings, advisory groups, partners, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor progress and help resolve implementation challenges.
Coordinate grant reporting, data collection, and performance measurement.
Assist with grant budget monitoring and coordination with fiscal staff.
Maintain records and ensure grant compliance.
Collaborate with research partners to support implementation and reporting.
Coordinate regional needs assessment activities and stakeholder engagement.
Build relationships with community organizations and partners across Western Massachusetts.
Support development of outreach messaging and public education initiatives.
