Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited program.
• Maryland clinical licensure (LCSW or LCPC) is required.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Ability to document services promptly and maintain clear boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Caseload of 18–20 billable client visits per week.
• Supervise up to 5 pre-licensed therapists.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical and school staff.
• Attend and participate in all case consultation meetings.
