Ellie Mental Health is recruiting licensed mental health professionals at our Lutherville, Owings Mills and Baltimore Cross Keys locations. LGPCs, LMSWs, LCSW-Cs and LCPCs are welcome to apply as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Fully licensed positions offer a salary range of $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year, with a path for advancement, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision, paid time off, and opportunities to grow through training and development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Current Maryland license: LCPC and LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC.
• A sense of humor will invariably be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 billable client visits per week.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
