Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to quality mental health care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc) or in progress toward licensure.
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per policy.
Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to expand access to care.
Use creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 28 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other staff as needed.
Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Other meaningful responsibilities as assigned.
