Job summary

OMH is expanding its clinician-led behavioral health team and offers remote full-time and part-time roles for licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LMFT/LPC). We provide a flexible schedule, competitive salary, and work-from-home options with back-office support for billing and credentialing.

Clinicians work in an integrated care model with physicians and therapists to tailor care, performing individual, family, and group therapy, documenting sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) license required.
• Colorado state licensure as LMHP/LPC/LCSW/LMFT and ability to practice independently.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join OMH’s integrated care team to provide outpatient mental health services.
• Customize care for each patient with autonomy over visit frequency and duration.
• Provide individual, family, group therapy and psychological testing as needed.
