Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are recruiting LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth sessions with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes). Payments are biweekly via direct deposit with protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. You will have flexible scheduling and ongoing support from Rula’s clinician community.
