Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington, offering LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs flexible telehealth opportunities as 1099 contractors. Providers set their own schedules with complete autonomy, and Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support while you focus on delivering care.

Sessions are paid per hour (53 minutes) at $80, with weekly deposits and no minimum caseloads. In-person sessions can add a $20 per-session uplift where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMFT/LICSW/LMHC sessions with clients.
• Maintain session notes and necessary documentation.
• Rula handles billing, claims and EHR; you focus on care.
