Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington provider network and is recruiting licensed mental health professionals who can deliver telehealth sessions. Providers are independent contractors with scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposits, plus protection for no-shows and late cancellations. New providers can receive a $20 pay bump for in-person sessions and credentialing support accelerates enrollment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
