Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington provider network for licensed clinicians to deliver telehealth care. Contractors enjoy scheduling autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and administrative support for billing, claims, and EHR.

Providers receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and no-shows/late-cancellation protections. In-person session incentives and a collaborative clinician community are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI is required.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.
• Remote work is supported for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC/LMFT/LICSW telehealth sessions.
• Complete/session notes and required documentation for each session.
• Coordinate with Rula’s billing, EHR, and admin support teams.
