Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians offering telehealth behavioral health services. Providers operate as 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles insurance, billing and admin tasks.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payments every two weeks and an in-network referral stream. In-person sessions can add a $20 per-session bonus, with ongoing clinician support.

• Must be licensed as a LMFT, LICSW or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
