Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist with active unrestricted license.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Treat lower to moderate acuity populations including anxiety and depression.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.

Skills

Strong clinical judgment

Communication skills

Independent decision-making

Experience in outpatient settings

Comfort with structured modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT)

Education

LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent
