Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington for telehealth services. Providers are 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, while Rula handles billing, claims, and EHR support.

Compensation includes LMHC: $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI required.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions as a licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC in Washington.
• Manage session notes and care coordination within Rula’s telehealth model.
