Ellie Mental Health Ann Arbor is hiring an Outpatient Therapist to advance access to quality mental health care. The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based treatment within a values-driven culture emphasizing authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university and licensure in the designated field.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LMSW) is required.
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Ability to document services timely and maintain boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete and review case notes per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Full-time clinicians manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other meaningful tasks as needed.
