Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary health-related program preferred.
• E&M experience preferred.
• CPC Apprentice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses documentation and verifies the correct ICD and CPT codes.
• Monitors records for timely coding turnaround.
• Maintains coding and documentation quality standards.
• Performs audits to support data quality and medical necessity.
