Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is recruiting a Virtual Outpatient Clinician to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy in a remote setting for adults and adolescents. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and community resources while maintaining high-quality care.

You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy, manage a minimum of 20 hours of direct client care weekly, and document progress in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health field required.
• Current independent or provisional licensure in at least one state.
• CACREP/NASW accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an active caseload with a minimum of 20 hours of direct client care per week.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and document services with progress notes.
• Maintain electronic health records in line with standards.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and case consultations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
