Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking an experienced Outpatient Clinician to deliver individual and group therapy in a remote role, residing in CT, NY, NJ, or MA. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based treatments and coordination with families and providers.

You will maintain a full caseload with direct client care hours, work with CBT/DBT/MI approaches, and ensure compliant documentation and supervision. This position supports a comprehensive, patient-centered recovery program.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in mental health field and active licensure in at least one state.
• Current independent or provisional licensure (LMHC/LPC/LCSW/LMFT, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an active caseload with minimum 20 hours of direct client care per week.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and community resources.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and document services with progress notes.
• Maintain electronic health records in accordance with standards.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and case consultations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and accreditation requirements.
