Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a Remote Outpatient Clinician to serve adults and adolescents in an outpatient substance use treatment setting. You will conduct individual and group therapy, coordinate with families and community providers, and document progress in electronic health records.

The role requires current licensure in at least one state such as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and a graduate degree in a related field. Expect 2 evening shifts per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Independent Licensure or Provisional Licensure such as LMHC/MHC-LP, LPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/MFT-A in at least one of the stated jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Primary clinical contact for assigned clients; provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and community resources to ensure coordinated care.
• Work 2 evening shifts per week.
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy for adults and adolescents in outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and internal treatment teams.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches: CBT, DBT, MI, and integrative methods.
• Maintain an active therapy caseload with minimum 20 hours of direct client care per week.
• Facilitate group therapy and document services with progress notes.
