Responsibilities About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Remote Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time opportunities for Licensed Level clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Worcester, MA. Our outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a flexible schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is ideal for those stepping down from higher levels of care, seeking limited treatment options, or testing out treatment for the first time.

Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services. The Master's Level Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients, may provide various therapy services, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ensures treatments are within their scope of training and competence.

Qualifications:
  1. At least 1 year of outpatient experience.
  2. Residency in Massachusetts.
  3. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  4. License eligibility with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  5. Preference for CANS Certification (can be obtained after hiring).
  6. Ability to foster self-sufficiency with problem-solving skills.
  7. Familiarity with support groups.
  8. Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  9. Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
  10. Excellent time management skills.
  11. Must possess appropriate citizenship or work documentation.
  12. Must pass a CORI and drug test, along with other pre-employment requirements.
