Responsibilities About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Remote Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time opportunities for Licensed Level clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Fall River, MA. Our outpatient counseling allows patients to receive treatment options and support within a flexible schedule. Programs are structured and suitable for those stepping down from higher care levels, seeking limited treatment, or trying out therapy for the first time. Services include individual, group, couples, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services.

The Master's Level Outpatient Clinician provides direct client services, including individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy, participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ensures treatments are within the scope of their training and competence. Qualifications:

1. 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
2. Reside in Massachusetts.
3. Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
4. License eligibility with LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
5. CANS Certification preferred or can be obtained after hiring.
6. Ability to foster self-sufficiency using practical skills.
7. Familiarity with support groups.
8. Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
9. Sensitivity to diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
10. Excellent time management skills.
11. Legal work authorization and ability to pass background checks.
