Qualifications

• 7+ years of facility outpatient coding experience in a hospital or health system setting.
• 2+ years of outpatient coding audit experience.
• 3+ years of relevant management experience overseeing coding audit staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review audit determinations for outpatient coding.
• Provide coding, audit, and compliance guidance to staff.
• Monitor audit quality performance and ensure accuracy.
