CLEAResult is seeking a Remote Outbound Specialist for Integrated Customer Services to drive enrollments in energy-saving programs. This role involves outbound calls to help utility customers save on bills, within a high-volume, commission-based environment.

The position offers a remote work setup in the US, with competitive hourly pay and a monthly internet stipend. Prior call center experience and Spanish-language ability are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
• Typing 35+ WPM or faster.
• Sales-oriented with focus on customer service satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to enroll customers in energy-saving programs.
• Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
• Identify eligibility and consistently close enrollments.
• Be a proactive team member in a remote environment and participate in training.
• Earn commission based on defined metrics.
• Prefer candidates fluent in Spanish to serve Spanish-speaking customers.
