Qualifications

2+ years coaching or managing outbound sales agents in a scripted environment.
Track record of helping agents improve with tangible outcomes.
Experience navigating performance conversations with honesty and care.
Comfortable picking up the phone and demonstrating what great looks like.
Operate in a player+coach role, showing the process on calls.
Strong written communication and thorough documentation habits.
Salesforce proficiency preferred.
Experience with VoIP platforms for coaching and monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead morning huddles to energize the team and set the tone for the day.
Conduct trainings, role plays, and 1:1 development conversations.
Coach agents through every stage of the script: opening, handling objections, closing.
Facilitate self-review discussions and Salesforce feedback tasks.
Build and present agent development plans tied to weekly KPIs.
Be on live calls to model, coach, and close when appropriate.
Collaborate with Appointment Setting, Onboarding, QA, and Operations to improve customer experience.
