Carr Consulting, LLC seeks an Outbound Sales Representative to generate roofing leads nationwide through high-volume outbound calls, prospecting, and targeted outreach. This remote role focuses on selling premium lead solutions to roofing companies and meeting revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is consultative, confident on objections, and motivated to exceed goals. You will document activity in the CRM, manage pipelines, and collaborate with onboarding and success teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commission-based sales experience.
• 2+ years of CRM management experience, preferably within real estate, lead generation, roofing, or a related sales environment.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Confident, consultative approach to selling with strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Organized and disciplined, with the ability to effectively manage multiple prospects and sales activities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to roofing companies nationwide.
• Generate new business through assigned call lists, prospecting, and proactive hunting.
• Sell premium lead-generation solutions by communicating the value proposition.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition while managing deposits and overall sales volume.
• Maintain a minimum of 3 hours of daily talk time and meet activity expectations.
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections, negotiate solutions, and build trust.
• Demonstrate product value via calls, email, text, demos, and presentations.
• Accurately document prospect and customer activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Provide a smooth handoff to Onboarding and Customer Success while maintaining experience.
