Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Outbound Call Center representative for remote, work-from-home surveys in the political arena. You’ll conduct phone surveys from a home office, using provided tools, with flexible 1-9pm scheduling and initial pay of $13.00 per hour.

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in a diverse team environment. Ideal candidates read clearly in English, have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a commitment to consistent hours after signup.

Qualifications

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 and a camera (camera will not be used during surveys).
• Wired USB headset and Ethernet cable for high-speed internet during training and surveys.
• Ability to read aloud clearly and confidently.
• Strong English pronunciation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct political surveys over the phone with clear and vivid communication.
• Engage with respondents in a professional and engaging manner to gather accurate data.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and commitment during scheduled hours.
• Follow training protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
• Record survey responses accurately using provided technology tools.
