Job summary

Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking an OT R&D Cybersecurity Engineer to support a Cyber Security Vulnerability Management project. This remote role is based out of one of seven DLA primary locations, with periodic HQ visits to Fort Belvoir and other DC-area sites.

The engineer will contribute to cybersecurity tasks across ISSE support and IA engineering for DoD/DLA R&D initiatives, applying analytical approaches to security requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cybersecurity knowledge across IT systems.
• Experience with IA policies and DoD/DLA standards desirable.
• Ability to analyze requirements and apply structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze emerging DLA R&D information systems, OT, and IT infrastructure for IA policy compliance.
• Review policy and design documentation for NIPRNet and SIPRNet alignment.
• Assist with or perform Security Test and Evaluation and IA/cybersecurity assessment reviews.
• Provide security engineering support for planning, design, and integration of information systems.
