Job summary

Zantech is seeking an OT R&D Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Cyber Security Vulnerability Management project from a Remote role tied to DLA locations. The role emphasizes IA engineering, policy compliance, and risk assessment across R&D information systems and OT/IT infrastructure.

The engineer will analyze emerging DLA R&D systems, review policies for NIPRNet/SIPRNet, and contribute to Security Test & Evaluation, while coordinating with DoD/IA policy teams.

Qualifications

• Ten years IT experience with five years OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of emerging DLA R&D Information Systems and IT Infrastructure for compliance with policy.
• Review policy against system design and identify non-compliance on NIPRNet/SIPRNet.
• Assist with Security Test and Evaluation and IA/cybersecurity assessment reviews.
• Assess impact of DoD policy changes on DLA Cloud, OT, IT, IA architectures.
• Develop standards and guides for IA/cybersecurity across R&D domains.
• Document Risk Assessments for R&D projects, identifying probability, impact, mitigations.
• Provide weekly status updates on open assignments and projects.
