Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Building Operational Technology Integration Specialist (Senior/Lead) to join the ESTS Building OT team. This remote role requires up to 25% travel to site locations across the U.S. and involves integrating OT systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise data flow for building and infrastructure monitoring.

The candidate will lead development of OT integration standards, support SCADA deployments, and coordinate with site teams and vendors to deliver reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of experience with Operational Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Facilities Management.
• Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data to inform conclusions.
• Domestic travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Build processes, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up.
• Assess current OT systems for compliance with IT/OT cybersecurity standards.
• Support troubleshooting for Building Management Systems and integration work.
• Analyze alarms, faults, and conditions; determine root cause and fix issues.
• Support alarm rationalization and tuning for fault detection and diagnostics.
• Evaluate integrations between BMS and enterprise systems for data flow and visibility.
• Coordinate rollout and integration of SCADA for building monitoring across sites.
• Facilitate IT compliance discussions and future system needs planning.
• Troubleshoot industrial networks and protocols (BACnet, Modbus,Ethernet/IP).
• Maintain technical docs and integration specifications.
