Job summary

Boeing's Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) is hiring a Building Operational Technology Integration Specialist (Senior or Lead). The role is primarily remote with domestic travel up to 25% to multiple site locations including Mesa, AZ.

You will integrate OT systems, support BMS/BA, and advance enterprise SCADA initiatives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in OT or related fields, with strong experience in SCADA, cybersecurity, and multi-site program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience with Operational Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations and/or Facilities Management.
• Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, then summarizing findings; developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.
• Experience developing and managing internal processes and procedures.
• Domestic travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build processes, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up.
• Assess current Operational Technology systems for IT/OT cybersecurity compliance.
• Support troubleshooting for Building Management Systems / Building Automation Systems.
• Analyze and resolve Building Management System alarms; determine root cause and fix.
• Support alarm rationalization and tuning of fault detection rules.
• Evaluate integrations between Building Management Systems and enterprise systems for data flow.
• Support nationwide rollout and integration of the SCADA platform for building monitoring.
• Facilitate discussions to address IT compliance and operational needs for new systems.
• Troubleshoot industrial networks and protocols (BACnet/IP, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Maintain technical documentation and site onboarding records.
