Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior OT Security Analyst to lead frontline monitoring for customer OT environments. You will mentor junior analysts, triage alerts, tune detections, and support incident responders with high-quality escalations.

You will operate and maintain the Dragos platform, focusing on vulnerability management, asset classification, and robust response recommendations across a remote-first team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network security or threat investigation.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, packet analysis).
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools (IDS/IPS, SIEMs, network analyzers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in ICS/OT cybersecurity and defensive work in critical infrastructure.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and support distributed teams.
• Flexibility for shift-based coverage and occasional on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, guiding analysts to triage alerts across OT environments.
• Investigate anomalous activity to identify misconfigurations and potential malicious behavior.
• Provide clear, actionable documentation to escalate findings to Incident Responders and threat hunters.
• Collaborate across teams to tune detection logic and shape new Dragos Platform detections and playbooks.
• Write incident summaries and operational reports for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support asset classification, vulnerability management, and hardening recommendations for OT environments.
• Build expertise in ICS/OT protocols, attacker tradecraft, and OT threat intelligence.
