Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a hands-on OSS Architect to help expand a strategic partnership with an Open Source Software provider. You will define offerings, mentor consultants, and contribute to pre-sales while delivering high-impact solutions for clients.

This remote role requires travel around 25% of the time, with a focus on technical leadership, software development, and architecture excellence to drive modernization and cloud-native deployments for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience delivering production-quality applications.
• 2+ years implementing OSS at OS/hypervisor/container levels.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure architecture with workload focus.
• Experience leading teams and setting technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Get to know partner technology and applicable service offerings to identify client benefits.
• Work on a technical level to define and harden offerings with consulting practice and partner engineers.
• Draft value statements with alliance/industry leadership to articulate benefits to clients.
• Engage with clients before and after sales to ensure offerings create value.
