Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Engineer II to support OSP network design, financial processes, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects. This role collaborates with vendors, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.

Remote-first position with occasional onsite meetings; requires site-walk experience and ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 3 to 5 years of telecommunications, engineering, or network planning experience.
• Strong proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, and fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, etc.).
• Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.
• Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and utilize tools such as AutoCAD/CAD systems, Ivalua, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office.
• Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on project requirements and timelines.
• Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
