Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 seeks a Network Implementation Engineer II to support OSP network design, project coordination, and regulatory tasks across multiple projects in the United States. You will work with internal teams, vendors, and city officials to secure permits and ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating engineering work orders, reviewing prints, developing OSP designs in 3GIS, and using AutoCAD/CAD, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of telecommunications, engineering, or network planning experience.
• Strong proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, relocations, and fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, etc.).
• Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.
• Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and utilize tools such as AutoCAD/CAD systems, Ivaula, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office.
• Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on project requirements and timelines.
• Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Engineering II and Senior Engineers and complete record updates as needed.
