Job summary

Client is seeking an experienced Network Implementation Engineer II to support OSP network design, financial processes, and regulatory coordination across multiple projects. The role manages engineering requests within an assigned geographic area and collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and municipalities to ensure smooth project execution.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of telecommunications or network planning experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3GIS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• 3–5 years of telecommunications, engineering, or network planning experience.
• Proficiency with engineering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, and fiber deployments (FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, etc.).
• Review design prints and redlines; apply corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.
• Develop OSP designs in 3GIS and utilize tools such as AutoCAD/CAD, Sitetracker, Netsuite, and Microsoft Office.
• Process invoices, validate financial documentation, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities on project requirements and timelines.
• Engage with city departments to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
