Job summary

Sigma Technologies is seeking an OSP Drafting Supervisor to lead a telecom drafting team and perform hands-on drafting and design work. This remote role starts with a paid in-person orientation in Perrysburg, OH, and requires availability 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET, with occasional evenings.

You will set priorities, monitor performance, ensure quality and deadlines, coach staff, and coordinate with the Project Engineer and Project Manager on OSP overhead wireline projects.

• Experience in telecommunications drafting and design.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to develop plans and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the drafting team while performing drafting work.
• Set priorities with Project Engineer and coordinate resources.
• Monitor performance, quality, and progress toward goals; provide reports.
• Support telecommunications drafting and OSP overhead wireline projects.
• Coach and mentor team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Adapt leadership approaches as project conditions change.
