Ziply Fiber is seeking a Project Manager for OSP Construction & Engineering. You will oversee project quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery across residential and commercial segments, coordinating with vendor partners and ensuring compliance with company and government guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of telecom PM experience, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe, and familiarity with LEAN concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of Telecommunication or equivalent PM experience.
• Experience managing large projects with tight schedules.
• Familiarity with OSP architectures (underground, aerial, direct buried, building).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe.
• Understand LEAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery on time and on budget with quality.
• Create plans, set milestones, and monitor deadlines.
• Provide status across all ongoing projects to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and resources to align initiatives.
• Assess risks and resolve issues to minimize delays.
• Drive Lean process improvements and automation.
