Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to oversee outside plant (OSP) construction projects, inspect contractor work, and guide contract inspectors within the region. The role ensures cost, schedule, and quality alignment with Ziply standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of OSP construction/engineering experience and strong Excel skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s license plus a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to build forms and use functions like COUNT, SUM, etc.
• Valid State Driver's License and satisfactory driving record; pre-employment drug screen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors.
• Act as first-level field approval for changes; collaborate with Engineering and vendor teams.
• Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors; support resolution of OSP issues.
• Train contract personnel in accepted inspection methods and field software.
