Job summary

Tia is seeking a creative, data-driven specialist to grow its organic social presence. You will own content creation and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, manage community engagement, and build reporting linking social activity to site traffic.

This remote independent contractor role starts at ~10 hours/week with potential to ramp to 15–20 hours/week, at a contract rate of $30–$40 per hour. You will collaborate with the Growth Team to optimize content based on performance data.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Examples of content created with measurable results (audience growth, engagement, site traffic)
• Hands-on scripting, filming, and editing short-form video; writing social copy
• Experience with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Experience moderating communities and using data to guide content decisions
• Availability to begin at ~10 hours/week and ramp to 15–20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Concept, script, brief, film, and edit short-form video and static content for each platform
• Improve reach and engagement with hooks, trends, posting cadence, and search optimization
• Build social reporting; track referral traffic, link clicks, reach, saves, shares, growth, watch time, and visits
• Maintain link-in-bio with UTM tagging and landing pages priorities
• Respond to comments and DMs; collaborate with clinical and operations teams on quick replies and issues
• Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, competitors, and audience conversations; share trends with Growth Team
