Job summary

Tia is seeking an Organic Social Media & Community Specialist to grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This remote independent contractor role starts at approximately 10 hours per week, with ramp to 15–20 hours per week.

You will own content strategy, create short-form video, manage community interactions, and build reporting that links social activity to site traffic. Compensation ranges $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year managing organic social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
• Portfolio with examples of audience growth or site traffic
• Scripting, filming, editing short-form video and social copy
• Experience with Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and UTM tagging
• Moderating communities and using feedback to guide content decisions
• Available to start ~10 hours/week and ramp to 15–20 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Own organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Create content: concept, script, brief, film, edit for each platform
• Improve reach/engagement via hooks, trends, cadence, search optimization
• Build social reporting and track referral traffic, reach, saves, shares, growth
• Manage link-in-bio, including UTM tagging and landing pages
• Respond to comments/DMs and escalate concerns as needed
• Monitor brand mentions and audience conversations and report trends
