Tia is seeking an Organic Social Media & Community Specialist to expand our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This remote, independent contractor role starts at ~10 hours/week and is expected to ramp to 15-20 hours per week.

You will own content creation, platform distribution, community engagement, and reporting that ties social activity to site traffic, with a contract rate of $30–$40 per hour.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience managing organic social channels.
• Portfolio with audience growth or site traffic results.
• Experience scripting, filming, and editing short-form video.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create and edit short-form video and static content.
• Improve reach and engagement with trends and SEO for videos.
• Build and analyze social reporting with referral traffic metrics.
• Manage link-in-bio and UTM tagging.
• Moderate communities and respond to comments/DMs.
• Monitor brand mentions and audience conversations.
