Job summary

Platphorm is seeking an Organic Growth Marketing Manager to own the organic growth channels across our product portfolio. You will shape the new organic strategy around AEO and LLM-driven search while supporting a profitable, small tech company.

Responsibilities include end-to-end SEO across multiple brands, building an AEO practice, and authentic community engagement on Reddit. You will also produce content, work with engineering on SEO fixes, and measure business impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in SEO, organic growth, or content-driven roles with ownership of results.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with AEO/GEO and LLM-driven search concepts.
• Genuine Reddit fluency and ability to contribute authentically.
• Proven writing ability and ability to generate publishable content.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search strategy end-to-end across multiple brands, including research and on-page optimization.
• Build and guide an answer-engine optimization (AEO) practice with LLM-driven surfaces.
• Engage communities on Reddit and similar platforms with authentic, value-first participation.
• Produce landing page copy, comparison pages, and guides.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical SEO fixes and ROI-driven business cases.
• Support broader marketing with organic input on pages and social content.
• Report organic’s contribution in business terms (traffic, signups, revenue).
