This hands-on role offers mentorship across Order Management without direct people management, with a focus on automation and data integrity across Salesforce and NetSuite.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in order management, strong Salesforce experience, and exposure to AI tools to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Six+ years in order management for SaaS or subscription businesses.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience; able to manage opportunities and orders.
- Experience with NetSuite and data integrity across CRM/ERP.
- Ability to lead process transformation and drive automation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior escalation point for complex SaaS bookings and guidance.
- Transform booking processes end-to-end, defining target-state workflows.
- Oversee end-to-end order entry, validation, and data integrity.
- Lead automation initiatives across booking and order management.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal and Finance on bookings.
