Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and deal shaping for mid-market to large opportunities. You will align Oracle solutions with business goals, drive roadmaps, POCs, and pilots, and work with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes client advisory, cloud transformation, and integration across ERP, HCM, analytics, and AI opportunities. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle project delivery experience, including Oracle SaaS Cloud or Oracle NetSuite.
• Minimum of 5 years of solution planning, pre-sales, and deal- shaping experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud transformation or cloud implementation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into scalable Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead solution planning, estimation, staffing, pricing inputs, scope definition, and business case development.
• Support RFIs/RFPs and executive presentations.
• Develop solution roadmaps, implementation approaches, proofs of concept (POCs), pilots, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with sales, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
