Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degree or Oracle certs preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive IT/solution architecture and transformation experience.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/EPM at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on architecture decisions.
• Experience leading hybrid delivery with internal teams, offshore partners, and SI's.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architecture for Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, SCM, EPM).
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to develop integrated landscapes and data flow models.
• Enforce architecture principles, integration practices, and roadmaps for security and scalability.
• Drive AI, ML, and automation within Oracle ecosystems to optimize workflows.
• Architect complex integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud and APIs.
• Manage hybrid delivery across onshore/offshore/partners with governance.
• Translate business needs into executable designs and implementation plans.
• Lead architecture governance and risk mitigation discussions.
• Serve as advisor to IT and business executives, communicating plans clearly.
• Mentor teams on architectural best practices and AI-enabled patterns.
