MAINI LLC in the United States is seeking an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead to design and implement end-to-end solutions using Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Order Management, Pricing and Procurement modules.

You will run requirement workshops, document future-state processes, configure both EBS and Fusion SCM solutions, lead testing, manage data conversions, and coordinate with technical teams on integrations, cutover planning, and go-live support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
• Proven delivery experience in Oracle Fusion and EBS.
• Experience with Oracle modules like Service Logistics, Depot Repair, WMS is a plus.
• Led 2+ full cycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations from initiation to go-live.
• End-to-end process expertise in medical devices, life sciences and healthcare industries.
• Proven ability to lead projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and manage client relationships.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to translate issues into actionable fixes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirement workshops; document future-state processes, gaps, and fit-to-standard decisions.
• Design and configure both Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across Oracle SCM OM, Procurement and Pricing modules.
• Drive end-to-end solution validation: test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
• Own design artifacts (process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training content) and support knowledge transfer.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and conversions (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs, file-based interfaces); define data mappings and reconciliation approach.
• Support cutover planning and go-live hyper care; manage priority incidents and provide status updates.
• Act as a trusted advisor; present solution options, trade-offs, and best-practice recommendations.
