Job summary

MAINI LLC seeks an Oracle Order Management Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions for complex clients. You will lead workshops, design configurations, and drive testing and cutover activities with cross-functional teams.

You will own functional design artifacts, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate on integrations (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP) while guiding trade-offs and best practices. Remote, HYD-like collaboration is expected with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications in SCM, PLM and/or Service Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and document future-state processes, gaps and fit-to-standard decisions.
• Design and configure Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud SCM solutions across OM, Procurement and Pricing modules.
• Drive end-to-end solution validation including test strategy, SIT/UAT support and defect triage.
• Own design artifacts and support knowledge transfer to customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP) and data mappings.
• Support cutover planning, go-live hyper care and stakeholder status updates.
