Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking an Oracle SCM Cloud Senior Consultant to guide clients through transformation with Oracle technology. You will work with a diverse team to design, configure, and deliver Oracle Cloud SCM solutions aligned with client goals.

The role requires 4+ years of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 25%. We offer competitive benefits and compensation in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience across Inventory, Procurement, Mfg, WMS, DM, and/or SPP.
• Knowledge of procurement, SCM, S&OP, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with global design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud, gaps, designs, training, test plans, hypercare.
• Strong ability to communicate trade-offs and work with clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals to visualize success.
• Align business with Oracle's industry processes.
• Contribute to project plans and provide updates.
• Design prototypes on Oracle Cloud and document options.
• Configure, document, test Oracle Cloud solutions and manage service requests.
• Support live Oracle SCM Cloud deployments and post-go-live changes.
• Identify risks, evaluate options, and drive remediation.
• Lead and coach ArcLight project resources.
• Maintain schedule and quality commitments.
• Grow Oracle Cloud knowledge and related modules.
