Oracle SCM Cloud Senior Consultant

As an Oracle SCM Cloud Senior Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ transformation journeys, delivering Oracle solutions that align with their strategic goals. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to design, configure, and optimize solutions on Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize success
• Help customers align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processes
• Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates
• Partner with customers to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud, communicating options and decision rationale
• Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closure
• Provide live support on Oracle SCM Cloud for break‑fix, optimization, and ongoing business changes (e.g., acquisitions, NPI)
• Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute remediations to avoid project roadblocks
• Coach and lead customer and ArcLight project resources to complete tasks with quality
• Establish personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and quality
• Continuously improve ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to provide maximum value while increasing project delivery efficiency
• Grow skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud and the sales and delivery processes
• Deepen knowledge of software industry trends and our customer’s industry, contributing to marketing materials that highlight these trends
• Achieve and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle SCM Cloud (Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Demand Management, and/or Supply Planning). Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is desirable.
• Knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, VCP, S&OP, and/or manufacturing business processes.
• Functional experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud with direct customer interactions, including workshops, configuration, testing, hyper‑care, and post‑production optimization.
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely, including bug fixes and customer support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and colleagues.
• Oracle certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Planning. Oracle certifications in Oracle ERP – Financials modules are desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Must be able to work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

Base Pay Range

$100,000–$145,000 per year, varying with location, experience, and role.

Additional Compensation Types

• Annual bonus
