Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management and SCM Business Systems Analyst to optimize supply chain processes, gather requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a BSA, deep Oracle OM/SCM knowledge (EBS or Cloud), strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst focused on Oracle OM/SCM.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud OM/SCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements related to Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
• Configure and maintain Oracle OM and SCM modules to align with business objectives and best practices.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement and automation.
• Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for OM and SCM modules.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including inventory management, logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of processes.
• Stay updated on Oracle applications' new features, best practices, and industry trends.
